Terms of Use

By signing up and joining the Destroyed Brand Affiliate Program v. 1.0 you are agreeing to the following:

1.  As a promoter, you will be paid out on a monthly basis, no later than the 5th of the month, provided that your commission to be paid out is $50 usd or more.  Until it reaches that amount or greater, we will withhold payment.

2.  You agree that your name, address, social security number or federal tax id number is correct.  If it is incorrect, you will be subject to to federal law recourse and subject to possible account termination.

3.  You are responsible for paying your own taxes on any commissions paid out.

4.  With regards to cookies on the site,  cookies from repeat traffic generated from referrals made expires 30 days after initial visit.  You are entitled to commissions from any sales within those 30 days, provided they did not click on a separate referral link from another promoter that brought them back to the website.

5.  Commission payout is calculated NET of taxes, discount/coupon codes and shipping and handling costs charged to the customer. Current commission payout is 15%.

6.  Web promoter referal payout shall be paid monthly with the commissions owing.  Referal payment per web promoter referred shall be capped at $1000 usd in referral commissions (4% of sales generated from that referred web promoter). 

7.  Commissions and webmaster referrals are subject to change on short given notice, however will never be retro-active.

You will respect other webpromoters that are promoting the product on that particular specific url if someone started promoting there first.  If they are inactive promoting on that particular url for a period of 21 days or greater, then the url is constituted as free reign.  Any breaches of this shall result in account review and possible account termination. 

10. The banners and links given do not entitle you to EMPLOYEE status, but as a third party promoter of the product. You shall not make any false or defamatory statements about the company, product or your representation of the company.  Any breaches of this agreement shall result in account review and possible termination of account. 

11.  Sales from own purchases do not count towards commission payout.
